My father in law was down from Limestone the other week and needed some fittings for his caravans hydraulic brake system, the staff were extremely rude, in-experienced and customer service level was not acceptable. For an 82yo, he thought the images and dimensions noted down of the parts required would have been more than enough for the trade counter staff to be able to assist, but no, they spoke to him like he had no idea and made him feel quite hopeless. Stay clear of this business!!
Pulled up out the back, spoke to some bloke asked if he could help me with a oil leak. Fixed in 10 minutes. Brilliant service, thanks
