Had to have a line made, sent my guy with the line and fittings that needed to be replaced. The workers were very rude and then said they couldn’t make the line without seeing the fitting that the line was going to. A 1/8npt… my guy knew exactly what was needed and the workers refused to help unless he went and got it. My guy drove 4ins back to the job site then 45mins back to pirtek for the guys to have the fittings on the counter when he got there.. then they overheard us talking on the phone about a banjo bolt and the wor... read more

I dropped off a hydralic pipe (a pipe bobcat no longer sells) in the morning, and it was complete later that same day. Had the pipe been less complex, I could have waited for it. Price was at or less than what a dealer wanted, and I did not have to wait a week+ for the dealer to order. Highly recommend! Very professional!
