Richard was awesome in assisting me with a hydraulic hose. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service. Would give 5 stars but I'm a little disappointed in the significant price increase but that's pretty much all around now a days and in no way the employees fault. Would recommend to anybody needing quality, dependable hoses and service
