Visited MAGENTA Sky Day Spa for the first time and had a really pleasant experience. The place was clean and relaxing, and the staff were welcoming without being pushy. Everything felt professional, and I left feeling much more refreshed than when I arrived.

Customer service not at all up to scratch and staff just lies and lies in order to get rid of you while on the phone. 4th day in a row I am being promised call backs from managers that AREN'T even there, and then I get apologies and "not knows" as to why I was told this that and the other. Disgusting service, dishonest people.
