Disappointing. Our regular electrician was unavailable, so we called Pires Electric to troubleshoot low voltage on a HVAC unit. Technician didn't show up for the appointment, so we contacted Luis who said he would send someone in 10-15 minutes. A technician finally showed up 2 hrs later. The technician identified the issue to a tripped breaker, which he reset. This entire job (diagnosis, reset, test) was completed in 20 minutes and Pires Electric billed us $720.
