I was scammed out of $550 by Pirate Siding and Windows, specifically Kurt Westerfield. We gave Kurt a deposit of $550 in September for some vinyl siding on our house. Almost 2 months later, Kurt has never shown up to install said vinyl siding. Phone has been disconnected and his office on Charles Blvd is now an insurance company office.
Small vinyl side job on a play house. Kurt was not responsive to phone or text for awhile. Did complete 85% of job and left me hanging after I paid him. Phone disconnected and no where to be found. Thinking about taking criminal charges out on him.
