We had a contract to completely rid our house of bed bugs. We payed over $1,000 for a heat treatment that did Not work, we let them know because our contract said they would get rid of them completely. They refused to go or the contract and wanted $1,000 more dollars before they would come back out to finish the job they had already been paid to do. Pirates handled our termite treatment for our new build, and I have to say, I was truly impressed! I hadn’t used Pirates before, as I’ve worked with other companies in the past, but I was happily surprised. Our technician was friendly and knowledgeable, making the process smooth and reassuring. The office was also very responsive, scheduling our appointment quickly so it fit perfectly into our busy lives. The owner genuinely cares and is quick to reply to emails, which made the whole experience so positive.
You better stop allowing people to ride around in your work truck and they’re not working going to doctors appointments, family, gatherings, taking people out to eat and they don’t be on the clock and sometimes they do be on the clock sitting at home doing things that have no business doing Get them employees off your clock
