Their customer support is amazing! They treat you really well and take care of your concerns.
I bought their Defender Deck box from the Texture Series. While being a well made box, it's not a well made box for protecting cards, if you ever plan on opening the box after you close it. Sure, it looks pretty, but it's not designed for gaming as far as I can see.
