I’m currently not a customer with you guys I’m a neighbor to one but I spoke with an employee named kevin and he was very professional and informative about my salt system so much so I’m leaving pool troopers in a month or 2 and would much rather have one of your technicians service my pool.
We have Kevin who comes and cleans our pool every week. He is awesome! He talks with us, explaining the chemicals and when we can go in the pool after he is finished. What a pleasant man, I don't think he ever has a bad day. Extremely polite and knowledgeable.
My husband and I are extremely happy with the service of this company! They show up when they say they are. They have done a wonderful job cleaning up our pool and take care of the pool pump as well! They are friendly and explain everything in terms we understand. If you are looking for a dependable honest company you found it!
