We had a great time fishing with Steve! He taught us alot, and we caught alot of fish. It was a great Boundary Waters experience. 🛶

We got our permit and canoe from them. Their service was fast, friendly, efficient, and great! They'll walk you through anything you don't know, but don't waste your time if you do. We filled out forms, watched a short mandatory video, were sized for paddles, then helped mount the canoe on the car (trivially easy, none of your own equipment needed), and were on our way to our entry point!
Best outdoorsy souvenir shop in Ely! Plus a book store! Great prices and they even have a wonderful craftsman making moccasin on site! Huge selection of gear! Looking forward to guided lake trip next year!
