Beautiful building, really nice people work there, great selection of books, and what books they don't have there they will try to help you get from a different library. They have a great summer program for kids and lots of classes and activities for us older folk!
Quickly reviewing, your subjects interesting. Hope to spend more time with you. Thanks. Enjoy it.
Take it all in. It is well worth the effort.
If you didn't have a chance to view the Randolph Freed People Exhibit at the National African American Museum and Cultural Center in Wilberforce on the campus of Central State University, then you won't want to miss the traveling exhibit now on display at the Piqua Library. It will only be available for the remainder of October and I highly recommend that you see it and bring your children to view it too. This should be a "must see" for Piqua area residents!
Everything about the new public library location is great. All the displays are put together well by a wonderful group of workers and librarians. Thank you for all of your hard work.
Love its beauty, history, friendly people!
we lived in Piqua back in 1975-1981 and so I was always at the library. after my son was born we went couple times a week so i could get books to read to my baby. It’s history is so fascinating—- it’s just a great place. i live in Georgia now and before i die i’d like to take my granddaughter up there to see it.
