I had Piqua Plumbing service my tankless hot water heater. John and Mike were friendly and explained each step along the way. They were professional and checked their work. The cost was reasonable too. I recommend Piqua Plumbing for service and trouble calls. Piqua Plumbing is now my go to for plumbing repairs and maintenance work!

Had water heater installed, came out immediately.John showed up came me a really good quote cheaper than all the other quotes agreed to have work done. Was quick and looks fantastic. Appreciate the great service John would highly recommend Piqua Plumbing to everyone

I cannot recommend this service. The technician arrived on time and demonstrated professionalism; however, he was unable to complete the job and indicated he would return on Monday. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up on that day, despite the winter storm affecting the area. A simple phone call or text to inform us of the situation would have been appreciated. We left a message but received no response. The same thing the next day. We reached out again without receiving any reply. As a result, we had no choice but to conta... read more
