Unprofessional. A few months ago they were hiring so I decided to instead of being lazy and apply online I wanted to show that I actually wanted a job and applied in person. They questioned me for not having factory-like experience and quickly saw me as an inconvenience and rudely pushed me away even though they encourage no-experience hires.
I have been picking up there for a few years. Great as always
