Staff and optometrists are all lovely. Friendly atmosphere. Only a smallish shop but plenty of glasses to choose from. You’ll pay a bit more than the big spectacle chain stores but the glasses and lenses are all much better quality and better made. The ladies there will help you choose something that actually suits your face and give you helpful advice. Easy parking right out the front. Highly recommend.
I recently had a check up at Pip's Optical Place and the service was fabulous. From the warm, friendly welcome from the ladies behind the front desk to the excellent care from El and Pip, I can't recommend this optical place enough. They've got a wide range of glasses to choose from, they're reasonably priced, in a nice part of Lilydale with easy parking and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your new glasses. Pip’s Optical continuously provides professionalism, great service and an all round positive customer experience. From the moment I entered the store, I was happily greeted by Raylene. My eye test exemplified quality and I was educated on the changes to my eyes via the xray/back of eye scans, which was of great value.
