I recently picked up my new glasses from Pip’s Optical and was thrilled with the whole experience. The Optometrist was extremely friendly and thorough and made the whole process very easy. Pip helped me choose new frames and she had great suggestions ( and patience ) helping arrive at my final decision. I received a text when my new glasses were ready and picked them up that day. To all the staff at Pips, thank you. You are all so lovely and nothing is ever an issue. From popping in to readjust glasses, or replace a contact lenses at last minute. You don’t get this kind of service just anywhere. You are always going above and beyond for your clients. Your service is above expectations and Thanks again, you make things easy.
Staff and optometrists are all lovely. Friendly atmosphere. Only a smallish shop but plenty of glasses to choose from. You’ll pay a bit more than the big spectacle chain stores but the glasses and lenses are all much better quality and better made. The ladies there will help you choose something that actually suits your face and give you helpful advice. Easy parking right out the front. Highly recommend.
