Never got the food. Sat here for 15 minutes when they FINALLY told me they were out of half my order. They told me it was cooking but after 15 minutes were "out". I then asked for a full refund and they couldn't figure out how to do it. I was there for about 30 minutes and left with no food and will NEVER come here again. Would give a zero if I could. I left hungry and giving my phone number to the girl at the counter so they can call and get me a refund. So I paid $35 to waste my lunch break.
Customer service is important! Had lunch at this restaurant with a friend at his request. Firstly, food rang up higher than printed menu prices. When my friend complained, instead of humbly and apologetically acknowledging a recent price change...he was met with instant hostility and directed to read small script at bottom of the menu stating prices subject to change without notice. The new owner changed the successful recipe and now it is nothing like the delicious Pippins BBQ, it's awful. Couldn't even eat it, threw it in the trash
