Called up very last minute and they managed to squeeze me in for my rego check and service. Amazing communication to let me know my car was done, and were able to send me the correct documents that were valid for renewing my NSW registration. Very reasonably priced, overall very impressed and will be back!
I had my car regular service there and a few weeks later had to return because of the engine failure light that came on. The service wasn't thorough. Returned and they replaced the spark plugs and it's all fine. Few months later, had to replace coolant as it was down a liter. Thought it was replaced during service... Apparently not. Not returning.
I have dealt with 3 of the staff at Pippin and all have been friendly and helpful. Nicholas was particularly helpful in organising a RWC including new tyres prior to the sale of my Subaru Outback.
A huge thanks to Nicholas and the team for a seamless experience. They managed to get a Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) sorted for me on short notice. Fast, professional, great communication. Highly recommended!
