I had my car regular service there and a few weeks later had to return because of the engine failure light that came on. The service wasn't thorough. Returned and they replaced the spark plugs and it's all fine. Few months later, had to replace coolant as it was down a liter. Thought it was replaced during service... Apparently not. Not returning.
I have dealt with 3 of the staff at Pippin and all have been friendly and helpful. Nicholas was particularly helpful in organising a RWC including new tyres prior to the sale of my Subaru Outback.
A huge thanks to Nicholas and the team for a seamless experience. They managed to get a Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) sorted for me on short notice. Fast, professional, great communication. Highly recommended!
Good reliable service My first time and will come back
After ringing about 7 places for a RWC on a Monday with no luck I came across Pippin motors. When I rang and spoke to Nicholas, without hesitation he said bring it in. 3 hours later he called me saying the RWC was done. It’s so refreshing to find such a friendly and accommodating mechanic. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend Pippin motors and Nicholas.
