The office personnel are rude. The billing customer service are rude and talk themselves in circles. You get a bill 8 months from the service date, ask for a break down and they say they cannot provide it, that I need to go to my insurance. This was frustrating, but turns out, after complaining about that, they can provide an itemized statement, furthermore after saying I need to have my insurance EOB in front of me before discussing what they see insurance paid for.
