We visited the Terre haute office. Everyone was so kind and explained all the future steps in detail. They worked around our schedule and were very flexible when scheduling future appointments!
Tabitha was very friendly and very personable over the phone and in person. She made me laugh and made setting up my appointment very easy and I wasn’t nervous to go in. John was also super helpful, personable, and explained everything and all of the details I needed. Even if they didn’t pertain to me he made sure I knew that it could pertain to me. He listened to anything I had to say and made the experience comfortable.
Friendly people. My child leaves happy every time.
Staff was kind and informative. However driving two hours to NOT get your teeth cleaned is ridiculous.
