Highly highly HIGHLY do not recommend. First, they cancelled my gfs daughters apts the DAY OF! 2 days ago. Got them to see the girls… and they both needed cavities filled… Scheduled for today and they cancelled this morning for “overbooking” You all know how hard it is to get your kids out of school halfway thru the day and take them to an apt on a day we work?!?! The cancelling of apts have happen way too many times. I would take your children elsewhere.
This place is a total joke. I made appointment, after appointment, after appointment for them to continue to get cancelled. Not to mention, getting them to answer their phone is impossible. Do not waste your time with this place.
DONT GO HERE!! In May I had the worst experience ever. The dental assistant I had was Thea. My 1 hour appointment last 2.5 hours. Most of my appointment was her badgering me and my mother to purchase her Mary K products. When I refused she started talking rudely about my child's hygiene, she didn't tell me what he needed and slammed the chart on the front desk then walked away. If I wanted to purchase Mary K I wouldn't have went to Pippin nor her! That is so unprofessional it has to be a violation.
Absolutely horrible! The guy secretary is the only one that actually cares! Three appointments and still nothing was done! 6 hours of driving!! Today was planned fillings, which the dentist refused to do because my son was "crying". HE IS TWO. WE THEN PLEADED AN AGREED WITH THE LADY TO DO THE WRAP. WE GOT HIM WRAPPED UP FOR THE DENTIST TO COME IN AND SAY I TOLD YOU I WASNT DOING IT. AFTER ALREADY TRAUMATIZING MY SON! They referred my nephew out and didn’t want to clean his teeth because they were unable to get 4 bite wings (x-rays). He is 5 YEARS OLD. They are lucky they got 2 without any issues, but when he wasn’t able to open big enough for 2 more without gagging, they were quick to put them out the door. They told my sister to go somewhere in chicago, and if that doesn’t work to circle back….. like excuse me?
