We have had alot of problems here. There has been many of cancelations on their part, at one time I was 15 minutes away and the lady said everyone walked out of the office. I live in IL 1hr n 45 minutes away.. I have shown up before and the office has been closed and not a soul insight. Its hard to get ahold of anyone in the office. When the kids do get to see the dentist.. they are good at what they do.
I’ve been bringing my children here for the last few years. It use to be very nice, friendly knowledgeable staff and clean with an area for kids to play. I didn’t have issues with them until about the last year or so. Staff has become VERY rude. Place is run down and dirty lately. Here is where YOU FOR SURE LOST MY BUSINESS. I will be contacting my lawyer and I pray to god you get hit with a lawsuit. I’ve taken my children for the last year, specifically to address their “shark bite”. Had an incident where I arrived and the receptionist told me as i was walking in he was just about to call to cancel my appt which wasn’t an option for me as I just drove 2 hours away. Apparently staff quit which had nothing to do with me and my child’s appointment my appointment was at 1pm which he was then not seen until 4 pm as I watched many people come in and go and get the same work as my child the receptionist Jon kept saying he had to squeeze him in there was no need to squeeze him in when he already had an appointme... read more
Highly highly HIGHLY do not recommend. First, they cancelled my gfs daughters apts the DAY OF! 2 days ago. Got them to see the girls… and they both needed cavities filled… Scheduled for today and they cancelled this morning for “overbooking” You all know how hard it is to get your kids out of school halfway thru the day and take them to an apt on a day we work?!?! The cancelling of apts have happen way too many times. I would take your children elsewhere.
