We had a wonderful experience working with Courtney and her team. Our event was just perfect, great food and great service!
We went for happy hour as beer and wine were $6 and bogo appetizers. We were seated on the patio. Food was ok, not great but it was nice to be outdoors. However, the ambulances going to NW were really loud.
Premature post, since I’ve never been here but it looks like a cool spot with good vibes! There was 999 reviews and I wanted to be 1000, so here we are! I’ll be visiting soon!
This used to be one of my favorite bars and then they turned it into Yuppie ville. The bar across the street (pretty sure the same people own it) is much better. The old Pippins was great though, miss it.
Food was so much better than i remember from years back. This kitchen is killing it and the service was fantastic coming in here. The Thai wings were super hot, so know that diving in. The beef dip was one of the best I’ve had, and is a huge sandwich. Fries were well crisped. And i added on some oysters @ $2ea. For the price and service, this is a new go to spot for me in Chicago.
