She made me sound like a hypochondraic and said I should get off of clonazepam before she could really tell what was going on. Now she is a PA and the Doctor(internist/peds) who prescribed this after careful consideration. This Doctor who did not state in her report that she was sure it was the nebular nerve in ear, that is a joke as i had that happen to me 25 years ago so I know what it feels like and this is no where near to that. I’ve had Dr. MacDonald for over a year now and she is amazing. I have matriculated a lot, and it’s always a chore to find a neurologist I trust. She is so easy to talk to, really listens. When I have sent messages to her in mychart she was always so quick to respond. I found a hidden gem with her!
I have not yet met this woman, but I hear wonderful things about her willingness to listen and help find solutions. That might better facilitate getting me out of a 5 year long post concussive fog. I can't believe there are no other reviews though. I will most definitely edit my post upon meeting. This possible new member of my medical team after meeting and ascertaining, things rather or not. She is the type of neurologist that those of us with TBI should be seeking.
