We got our little’s ears pierced years ago at the mall; one was crooked and the other became impacted. It was awful, so I was very hesitant when she mentioned recently that she wanted to wear earrings again. We visited P&P and it was such a welcoming, informative experience. They were very patient in answering all the questions, making my daughter feel at ease.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and the little goodie bag at the end made the whole thing feel really special for my daughter. We'll definitely be coming back for our other kiddo!
Kate has done piercings on my family members (from infant to adults) and myself. She’s amazing and it’s always a pleasant experience!! Highly recommend
The nurse was absolutely AMAZING!!! My daughter was extremely nervous and scared. The nurse showed her everything she was going to do and was extremely patient with her. We ended up being there longer than planned, but the nurse was incredibly kind and patient during the whole appointment.
Our five year old requested to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Choosing Pippa & Penny was a no-brainer. Specifically, we selected a night where they offered two nurses to pierce at the same time. The nurses had excellent energy and top notch skills. The numbing cream prior to the piercing was such a bonus. My daughter barely flinched during the piercing! We had such a great experience from start to finish!!
