I was able to book an appointment for 9 am however when I got to the barbershop it was around 9:35 am and I did not see any barber there… I proceeded to tell the lady doing the females hair that I have a 9 am appointment and the lady says “no here 11 am”… I am not sure why I was able to book an appointment for 9 am if the person cutting peoples hair doesn’t show up for a whole two hours later. Extremely poor management and poor customer service. Wack ass hell
