We received a confirmation the same day of order# S122558 and credit card charged. Two weeks later we received an email stating that it was out of stock and they would have to order it from the manufacturer. The new cost would now be $3503.01. I've used Piping Now a handful of times over the years. They have always sent the proper parts in a timely manner. The only time they sent the wrong part they shipped overnight early Am the correct part. The women on the phone even went down to the warehouse and confirmed the right part was being sent. That's Great service!

Clean quality fittings and fast delivery, what could be better?! We are extremely happy with Piping Now.
The service is ridiculously poor. They sent me an email saying everything was shipped but then it shortly changed to partially shipped. Then the missing parts didn’t ship for over 15 days! After that I emailed them saying I would just like to cancel my order for the two missing parts but they never replied. I ended up calling them, and lo and behold, as soon as I call them they say the parts have been shipped and I can’t cancel my order or get a refund since it’s “out of their hands” (note: the email saying the order shipped... read more
