This could be a nice holiday house but it needs some maintenance. The photos shown are not an accurate reflection of the house as it is now. The garden is very overgrown and is starting to impede on the view from the deck. The view from the master bedroom and the lower deck are completely obscured by trees. Great location
This home has a beautiful view but is very disappointing on the inside. On arrival, we noticed the lights in the main living area were flickering and not working properly and the fan (the only way to get air circulating in the main living area) was not working. Thankfully the electrician came on a Sunday afternoon to fix these problems for us. The Foxtel was also not working and I had to connect the HDMI cable to the Foxtel box and T.V. Lovely views. Great comfortable beds and very spacious. Disappointing that there are no spare toilet rolls, soap, dishwashing detergent or hand towels provided for a place of this quality. Also ceiling fan in main living room does not work and upstairs toilet needs maintenance. Cleanliness is not up to standard. Rubbish under sofas and beds including an assortment of child’s toys, lollies and general rubbish. Rating based on house itself and views. Upkeep needs attention.
