Had a great experience withJessica and Ray from PipeX. Had a leak in the ceiling in one of our properties. They were very responsive and Ray was on time, very nice and knew exactly what needed to be done. Great customer service Jessica and Ray!!!
I couldn't help but notice how many poor reviews there have been recently that all seem to share a common theme: Most recent reviews all seem to be from a homeowner who was 'forced' to hire Pipe X through their HOA, (or their HOA's list of pre-approved vendors) and are angry because they were stuck with the bill after expecting the bill to be paid by the HOA. We have had trouble with our drains for a while and finally contacted PipeX. We couldn't be more satisfied with the work they performed. I highly recommend PipeX!
The receptionist or whoever she is incorrectly scheduled my appointment so someone was home waiting for a plumber that never arrived. When I called to see what happened, I was told the appointment was for Thursday so I requested an email confirmation so this wouldn't happen again. The email confirmation never arrived so when I called the following day, the receptionist told me she never said she would email me a confirmation and then hung up on me. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. I called and scheduled an appointment to have a new faucet, water filter and under mount sink put it for 9 am the next week, they called me at 8am the day of to cancel, so I started doing it myself, installed the faucet and the water filtration myself. They called me at 12pm saying someone could come out after all and I said all we needed now was the under mount sink put in and an 3/8th to 1/4 th adapter for the water filter to fit the filtered water faucet but that I installed eve... read more
