I called PipeWorks Plumkng to check my AC that suddenly stopped working. I wasn’t told that they have an estimate fees of $89 and was never informed that I will have additional charges if the technician spends over 30 minutes at my home. The technician came and spent about 2 hours and I am not sure of what he was doing the whole time. Technician gave me his estimate and said they had to order parts for the repair. He told me his office was going to send my bill with a link to pay, when I received the link it was $289. I call... read more
