Wayne (owner) and Joey (local worker) provided a clear service. I had some questionable kitchen self-fixed piping from a previous owner with a backpitch in the basement causing issues. I also had an old-galvanized outside hose hookup that was leaking. Once I had several back and forths through calls only with Wayne, Joey came out and was done in 2 or 3 hours tops. Only complaint is it took a good bit of back-and-forth phone only communication to get Wayne and Joey on the same page for when Joey could come out and do the work... read more
The owner of this business was absolutely amazing. He answered the phone after 5:00pm which was very impressive to start with. He listened to my problem and then proceeded to tell me he would rather trouble shoot over the phone as to not take advantage and have me pay for something not needed. His wife got us connected through Facetime and we looked at every piece of the electrical in detail. He found my root causes, pointed me in the right direction, all after hours with such a courtesy to my obstacles that I can not imagin... read more
