An issue with air bubbles coming through a return line when the Zodiac is running associated with a 1/4 to 1/2 inch drop in the pool water level. This does not occur with manual vacuuming or when the pool is running. Fix a leak was used through our suction and return lines (our system was bypassed with another pump to do this - ran that bypass for 3 days, then let it set to cure) but this did not resolve the issue. I called book an appointment. Dave spent 20 minutes on the phone trou shooting the problem. This was done without a cost to me. Then he provided several possibilities of solutions.

Dave and his technicians thoroughly checked our backyard pool and found the underground leak we'd suspected was the reason for our water loss. He suggested 2 possible solutions and set up a temporary skimmer, which we really appreciated. They also reinforced the liner at the corners of the pool. Good work! J.Y.

Dave and his team were able to unclogged several lines leading to the pump after they had been clogged with debris from the two-day downpour in late July. Dave was extremely helpful and took a great deal of time explaining how to deal with the water issues (ie flooding) we were experiencing. His employees were over-the-top knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend this company to remedy any pool issues you may encounter.
