nightmare in every way
I tried to use them and after assuring me they could do the job when I explained we had a few days to sort this, some bloke called Matt tured up, he looked more like a rep in a smart car and no equipment of any sort. Again he assured me they would do it but never heard from them again. I think they like to fix the easy jobs but cos ours had no obvious leak they didn't seem to want the work. So now through time wasted, were getting the water board issuing us with an order where they will do the job and charge us accordingly. ... read more
