I reached out twice trying to get them out to repair a leak in my sump pump pipe. Both times I left messages and neither time did I get a call back.
My well went down on a weekend and they were able to come out and get it back up and running the same day. Excellent service and they stand behind their work. Highly recommend
We LOVE Pipes R Us!!! Not only have they been helping our family for many many years, but they SAVED THE DAY last night. 9pm plumbing emergency is never ideal. But Jim called us back immediately and came right out. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone!
