In our most recent deep freeze in Jan.2024 I thought I was doing everything to prevent my pipes from partially freezing. APPARENTLY NOT … EXPERIENCE ALWAYS PREVAILS. Rob (on his weekend off) went beyond the call by making suggestions through texting me additional ways to prevent pipes from splitting. Thanks Rob you were a godsend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PIPES PLUMBING!
