Drove 40 min on Saturday, 8/8 around 6pm with the whole family to try. Sign on the door closed until further notice. No online updates about said closing. Just... surprise, thanks for driving here, now go away.
Ordered a pizza online on a Friday evening. Charge went through. Went to pick it up and they were closed. Wait, what? Early Friday evening, charge goes through online and the doors are all locked and you could hear the phone ringing constantly inside. I am contesting the charge with the credit card company obviously but will never try to order from there again. Awful.
I showed up on a Friday night around 7…the lights were off and the door was locked but the open sign was on. I called and it rang until voicemail. There was no sign or any explanation anywhere as to why they were seemingly closed during their business hours. Don’t waste your time.
Used to love this place as my top pizza spot but now I think they have let the sustained success go to their head. I ordered via the slice app yesterday and then drove over, their open sign was on but the lights were off and the door was locked. Called Slice and they refunded my money. Then said that the business was on a vacation but they were supposed to be back by now. There was nothing about this posted on the door or on their website, nothing.
