Matt Piperno installed a paver patio for me and my wife in August 2018, and the work was excellent! We thought the whole process went great, from telling Matt the kind of patio we wanted, to the paver type and signing the contract. We’re very happy with our paver patio! John D
I would not recommend this contractor. It started as a referral to Matt Piperno. He proceed to draw up the plans, no problem with getting the cost written up. When I needed the specifics of the type of stone for the patio so that I could provide it to the HOA, he went off grid...ignored my emails and phone calls. Not very professional for someone who's starting out. Luckily no money has exchanged hands, so I didn't have to file a complaint with the Delaware State's Attorney's office. Dodge a bullet here.
