I took my kitten in to be desexed at 8am like they said, stood there for about 10ish min while a lady walked past 2 times and looked at me down the hallway and didn't say anything, another lady came to the desk also didn't say anything, finally the other lady that ignored me twice (and while the 2nd lady was there) finally took me through. We said goodbye to our beautiful cat, Milo, who was only approximately 8 months old on the 29th June, 2026, which was very unexpected. All the staff from the receptionists, to the nurses and the vets, particularly Mia, were absolutely wonderful and caring in dealing with us during this heartbreaking time. Highly recommend Piper Street Vet Clinic.
Great Vets. Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I’ve been moving around a lot while my dog is recovering from a broken toe. Over the past 11 weeks we’ve been to 5 different vet’s and ‘Kitty’ at Piper St Vet has been our favourite by far. Very friendly and great advice. Really appreciate her help. Piper St vet have been easy to deal with and I appreciate that they actually respond to emails. I found the prices very reasonable too, which is something you don’t often say about a vet. Thankyou
Huge shout out to Mia, the way she handle my cat Skitty with care yesterday and today was amazing, she was so caring and considerate. 10/10. Piper street have always been so caring and compassionate. We take every pet of ours here and they're always amazing.
