I cant speak highly enough about all the team at Piper Street vet clinic, from the front desk right through to the vets and everyone in between. But certainly a special mention to Carina to call her AWESOME would be an understatement. I had an issue with a very expensive and Rare bird and Carina and the team went above and beyond to help me. Putrid staff blaming me for their vet not removing all dogs stitches at the post op appointment 2 weeks ago, and said I should book in to get them removed even tho it's been 4 weeks, I cut the cnts out myself. A male vet told my partner and I our dog's growing lump was nothing serious, when re-tested shortly after it was a tumor. Vet did not remove all stitches 14 days post surgery, which I have just done myself. Left a stitch in our dogs leg without telling us. Okay so took our dog in over a year ago now about a lump on his leg, male vet that saw him did one blood sample instead of trying for multiple from a big lump, told us everything was good, lump kept getting bigger, after almost a year took him back to the vet and a female nurse did a biopsy, took multiple samples and said it looks cancerous, we got it removed and sent off to get tested, still have not got call about results, nor have they updated our details to be able to cal... read more
