I'm appalled by what this venue considers professional. They are predatory and don't give a second thought to walking on customers for a nickel! If you truly want to celebrate a special night, don't do it here.
I’ve loved Tower Grove Park for years, but trying to work with them on a wedding has been awful. They were difficult to contact initially to book. After ending our engagement it was difficult to get in contact with them to cancel the event. I missed the cut off date for a “potential” refund by two days. So was told by a park employee they would keep the reservation on the books in case I was interested in using the space for a different event. Our daughter’s wedding was outside at the Ruins and the reception was inside the Piper Palm House. Everything was perfect. And it put our mind at ease to know we had an indoor option if it rained.
