I am very upset. My daughter’s earrings are not symmetrical. One is too low. The procedure also took a long time and she was in alot of pain. I highly regret going to this place.

I’m not typically one to leave reviews but I wanted other moms to know that this is a great place to take little kids. They did a great job of making the process very smooth and naturally distracting my 6 year old who didn’t even flinch during the piercing. She is an extremely sensitive kid so this says a lot about their expertise in handling kids and the benefits of the hollow needle technique versus the gun. Highly recommend!
Piper Jade is the CUTEST store ever! I got my flat and tragus, they came out perfect and the girls there were so kind and gentle!!!
They were so kind and Cin did a great job piercing my ears! All staff was so patient and sweet with my two toddlers while I was getting pierced
