Had a great experience with Piper. The owner, Al, came over quickly and fixed my broken upstairs AC unit. He clearly explained what needed to be done and his price was reasonable. Highly recommend.
Unbelievably quick response and professionally done job on Saturday past 8pm! Heating is back on, failed ignitor had zero chance at keeping us cold overnight. Patrick and Al, thank you!!!
I had an issue with heat on my top floor. Al, the owner I believe, came within 30 minutes to check out the problem on a Saturday. He was polite, solved my problem and fixed the issue. He also called to follow up and see if everything was ok. Very good service. I would recommend and use again.
I had a really great experience with Piper, very highly recommended these guys. I had the heat go out at my place and they were very empathetic and agreed to send someone out same day. Then, when the part I needed wasn’t at the supply store after we were told it was definitely going to be there, they got me on the schedule for the following day and were totally flexible with me. Rates were very reasonable and when they came they were clearly very knowledgeable (and even taught me a bit so I understood). Highly recommend
