Horrible Customer Service – I had been a customer of Piper Glen tailors for several years - they always did a nice job with my alterations, I've even recommended them to others. Not any more though. My most recent experience was horrible. I dropped off a few items to get altered and returned a few days later to pick them up. I didn't check the items as I've never had problems in the past, I just paid for them and left.
