The owner and driver of the Piper Construction truck was not happy that I was doing 65 on 50 Highway in Lee Summit and proceeded to get in left-hand lane and swerve at me and my children. When I did not make eye contact or engaged with the driver, he proceeded to flip me off and throw his hands in the air.
