Quite possibly THE WORST customer service experience of my life! I was referred to Piper Communication from my normal electrician All Star Electrical as they didn't' have the ability to help us with our project due to limited resources. I called last Thursday to schedule a quote for the proposed work, and had a technician confirm that same day.
