Steve, Ron, and his team are amazing! I found out my furnace had died and contacted Steven to explain the situation. He came to do a quick estimate, and put me in first priority to install the heat pump. (As we had no heat in the the house prior to the cold weather). Steven and Ron came shortly after, and spent 3 days completing the installation of the heat pump. I also called them again for my bathroom ventillation.
