We've been with Pipeline over a year now and service is poor and sub-par. They were great at first, but have gotten worse over time. Their pool techs are constantly turning over. Repeatedly our gate was left unlocked by the techs even after constant emails to make sure it is locked. If for some reason Pipeline had to reschedule service they would do so on their own whim and half the time not contact us. I first contacted Pipeline pools because my pump was broken. They came out the very next day and fixed my pool for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I have been using them for my pool maintenance ever since and have been very happy with the service.
