I’m posting this two years after Ted completed the renovation on my condo. The workmanship and quality remains as if it was day 1! Ted’s adherence to permits and building regulations has been a huge relief to know the job was done right!

Pipeline Contracting completed a kitchen remodel in our Ocean Pines home. We were very pleased with the owner (Ted Rhoads) and his crew‘s quality of work. They replaced cabinets, removed a half wall, installed recessed lighting and repaired ceiling drywall. Ted kept us informed of all the stages of the project so as part time residents we could choose when we wanted to be present for demo and construction.
