Just reiterating what other's have said. Pricing is an absolute scam. Their perceived discounts are false and their customer support is just as bad as everyone says. I believe this is the reason why they have no phone number to contact for support.
I have used them for over a year now. I got TWO emails from them telling me that my credit card was expired and that on a certain date $323 was due. Then I updated my credit card info an was charged $450 for the renewal. I contacted customer service and was told that's the going rate. I asked her to explain to me why I got two emails telling me the amount due was $323 but I got charged $450? She just said it was automated in the system. That's what it is. Do not use. They don't have a phone number, won't provide support, and won't respond when you attempt to change your subscription or cancel
NO REFUNDS GIVEN. OVER $1200 LOST.... Beware of this company, they overpromise and woefully underdeliver. If you have multiple devices that you need to access, be prepared to purchase extra "seats" because this greedy company doesn't make exceptions. Additionally, consider that this platform is only set up for realtors and similar fields. Integration is terrible, the calendar feature is lacking, SO many things I could go on about. Save your money, go elsewhere.
If you cannot be bothered to have a phone number or user manual vs endless searches via a hodgepodge of videos, than you are not worth doing business with.
