DJ was a fantastic technician for my HVAC maintenance! Highly recommend this company based on my first experience, and DJ in particular for his thoroughness, kindness, and professionalism!
This company is awful, and because of their negligence and lack of proper diagnostics we spent 4 extra days without hot water! Instead of properly diagnosing the most common issue on a gas hot water heater… they blamed an obscure, expensive part that isn’t even stocked at plumbing supply stores. Wednesday night our hot water heater pilot went out and based on its behavior we were pretty sure it was the thermopile. We called Pipe Wrench and got on their schedule for Thursday.
