They are not dependable and reliable. When I engaged their services to fix the bathroom tub faucet, their service person ***** came to the house and replaced the cartridges and valve stems and diverter to fix the problem. He did not use the correct replacement parts and claimed that the original parts have to be ordered from the factory and that the replacement parts would work fine. Lo and behold the replacement parts (valve cartidge and handle) was not compatible and did not work. I tried several times to reach out to him ... read more

NEGATIVE I hired this company because I purchased a toilet that I wanted to have installed. I contacted this company and he said he could have someone out that day. There was no leaks nothing wrong with the old toilet other than I am on well water and I couldn't keep up with all the stains after several years. Should have left it alone. Anyway the kid came out and did it no problem and nice young Hispanic kid said he had been doing this for 3 years. So the next morning leak around the base.
