On 01/29/25 a worker arrived at 15:25 to work on the house next door. He parked his complete truck on my grass without my permission. He worked immediately under my bedroom window, keeping us awake until 01:15 in the morning then finally left, leaving some of his work materials on my property. I waited a couple days assuming he would come back to clean up but it never happened. I booked an appointment to fix my hot water tank, they said mechanic was there to fix it, no one contacted me, i think he came and left. No one contacted me. Next time, please tell your mechanic to call or ask them to contact the person who booked an appointment.
Pipe Rite has been servicing our fireplace for years now. The tech arrived on time and worked thoroughly to troubleshoot and solve the challenges of an older fireplace with a considerable effort to avoid extra costs. He was friendly and professional, explaining things to us. We are very pleased with the work done and the company’s customer care!

For interest, I’m almost 82 years old. They came to fix a simple leak under my kitchen counter. What they did was TOTALLY DESTROYED THE GHROE FAUCET AFTER FOUR HOURS OF PISSING AROUND and left the kitchen in a water soaked mess with a bunch of broken parts.
