Wow. Martin arrived early and was able to pinpoint the source of the problem quickly. He clearly explained the solution and pricing. He and Mario wore shoe covers while in the house and took all refuse with them. Their work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and their work.

Great company, Martin could not have been more professional. I rent a condo, one morning my shower made the downstairs toilet overflow into the kitchen, suprise when leaving for work. Slow building clog in main pipe to street. Water and etc all over the floor, pouring into the basement. A nightmare. I’ve been calling Pipe Masters for three years, but the technician they sent out today was in a massive rush. He allegedly fixed the main valve, but it started dripping again an hour after he left and soaked through my drywall. I've always trusted this team, but paying premium emergency rates for sloppy work that causes more damage is incredibly disappointing.

Very happy with this company. Mario and his team were very accommodating to my schedule. Had an issue when they got here, which they were easily able to fix. Will call them going forward for any plumbing needs.
