This place is great, I have known these guys for a long time and they always stand behind their product (the previous poster must have been upset on user error) Glass does not just break over time, this is coming from a 10 year glass collecting veteran. The owners are knowledgeable about the industry and stock quality vapes/glass. A+
This place sold me what they said is one of the best glass pipes in the industry, a ROOR Tech with double perc. Well after only about 2 months the top perculator is already falling apart inside my pipe. Pipemart would not stand behind what they sold me and said ROOR will not stand behind their defective product either. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never shop here again. Also will never purchase another ROOR product in my life!! To sum it up, this place sucks..
