The boss of the bending section Charlie is too insecure and feminine to be a leader. He wants to be rude like a woman on her period, but if someone gets angry at him, he runs away like a girl. Weak man pretending to be a tough guy due to insecurity does not make for a good leader. Please he scams and cheats the company.

I tried working here for a while. The biggest problem with the bending section is Serbian Charlie. Anytime someone makes a mistake, he has a nervous breakdown and acts like a school girl. He can't speak proper English, doesn't know how to give clear instructions, and then gets upset like a baby when the person makes a mistake. He only got that job because his wife is friends with the wife of one of the bosses and so they tricked and manipulated her. Otherwise no one would give this weak man a leadership role. The boss of the bending section Charlie has zero leadership skills. He cannot deal with any situation without behaving like a schoolgirl. If someone makes a mistake, his feelings are hurt. If someone is injured, he runs around the entire factory telling people how stupid that person was, like a child. I don't know who let this child be in charge of anything, but he is the one destroying that section.
